What does it mean to you to be a morning person?
I’m not a natural morning person… and yet, I teach daily 30-min 7am Zoom yoga, and I love how I feel in the mornings.
Becoming a morning person takes effort and consistency. But it’s worth it because feeling good in the morning sets the tone for a positive and productive day.
As you read these 50 tips, you may find some things you already do, some that don’t resonate, and some things you want to work on.
Start small – Choose one or two tips, and gradually add more as you establish a consistent routine.
Be flexible – Don't beat yourself up if you miss a day. Life happens! Experiment with different activities and timings to find what makes you feel the best in the mornings.
Be patient and persistent – Becoming a morning person takes time. You’re developing new habits, and you're on your way to a being a happier, healthier morning person.
